Dance & Fitness Studio Rentals

The Stage has been used for filming several famous television series, including “Dancing With The Stars” and “Men Of The Strip”. Other uses include rehearsals for Broadway style shows and theatrical plays, music and dance recitals, private lessons, classes and workshops, weddings, birthday parties and much more.

The Stage is nestled just outside the infamous Las Vegas strip, LV’s newest Mecca of the dance world. The facility is geared to fully service its rental clientele in stylish and comfortable surroundings. The Stage boasts state-of-the-art, mirrored rehearsal studios with central air and heat, surround sound stereo systems with CD and iPod capabilities, mixer and pitch control, windows with natural light, neo-shock solid wood flooring and private entrances for easy access to the studios.

The Stage offers 2 oversized dance studios spanning 1,500-2,000 square feet with high ceilings, and 2 casting/vocal rooms ranging from 400-650 square feet. The facility’s parking lot has a 100-car capacity, with covered parking available. Storage space is offered upon request for overnight or long-term renters.

Pricing varies. Rentals are available 7 days a week. Morning, afternoon and evening times are open for booking.
